Nobody in the Biden White House, not even the president, had received a briefing about the FBI raid at Mar-a-Lago, according to Jean-Pierre. Although an agency under the executive branch searched a former president’s house, I don’t anticipate the FBI director or the attorney general to have frequent social contacts with Biden. It was purportedly over sensitive information, such as nuclear trade secrets. Nobody received a briefing on this.
Joe Biden is also refusing to communicate with the Israelis during the disastrously failing new Iran nuclear negotiations, so it’s possible that no one has talked to him about the Trump raid. However, it also reveals a White House that is dangerously detached on important domestic and international issues. I am aware that the Trump raid is a farce, but to these folks, this is of the utmost importance. Since Trump is a state adversary, you would anticipate that information regarding this operation would be given to Biden and his team.
