Apart from making confused and jumbled comments, President Joe Biden is also well-known for his tendency to lose his temper. This trait was again displayed when he was asked about illegal immigration.
In an odd moment, the president screamed at reporters last month when they asked him about possible payments of $450,000 to migrants under a new program.
Biden is shown in a clip posted on the Daily Caller’s Facebook Page being asked Nov. 6 whether his administration was still looking into offering substantial settlements to relatives who were separated at border under former President Donald Trump.
They “deserve it.”
“You said last week that this report about migrant families at the border getting payments was ‘garbage,'” Fox News’ David Spunt said before the president abruptly cut him off.
Biden interrupted, “No, I didn’t say that-let’s get it straight.” “You claimed that everyone crossing the border receives 500 (pause), $450,000. That was what I meant.”
“Now here’s the thing,” Biden went on before beginning to holler and jab his finger out at the reporter aggressively. “If in fact, because of the outrageous behavior of the last administration, you coming across the border whether it was legal or illegal, and YOU LOST YOUR CHILD! YOU LOST YOUR CHILD — GONE!”
“[Then] you deserve some kind of compensation, no matter what the circumstances,” the president added in a somewhat calmer voice, adding, “What that will be, I have no idea. I have no idea.”
The Daily Caller followed up on that footage with another clip, in which Biden could also be heard telling the reporter that any suggestion that his administration was planning to pay illegal immigrants is, in fact, “garbage.”
The Daily Mail reported that deputy press secretary Karine Jean Pierre confirmed to Fox News that the Trump administration was looking into cash payments to settle lawsuits related to Trump’s family separation policy. However, she insisted that the numbers were lower than reported.
This wasn’t the first time the president shouted in mid-sentence. He did it during his first press conference since taking office.

Biden stated that part of his motivation for running for office was “to rebuild the backbone of this country, the middle class. Hardworking people and people struggling to get into the middle class. They built this country AND UNIONS BUILT THEM!”
