Loud Music Played To Cover Bidens Confused Ramblings At Bill Signing

Biden’s bizarre and embarrassing statements have made him well-known. White House staffers seem to have tried to restrict his spontaneity.

Townhall, who revealed loud music at a bill signing this Tuesday was played after Biden started to wander off-script in another confused state.

According to reports, the music was an instrumental rendition of God bless America and was played over the speakers when the president tried to have a conversation with someone at the signing ceremony. Biden tried to read the names of the pieces of legislation he had just signed, but gave up and said, “Alright. Here we go. Amend title -eh, I’m not gonna read it all. I’ll just sign it.”

Kill the feed

It is not the first time the White House’s handlers intervened to prevent him from speaking extemporaneously.

Fox News reported on a September speech event in Boise where Biden spoke about the West’s wildfire crisis. His video feed was instantly deleted after he began a scripted conversation.

Fox pointed out that this prompted James Risch (R), Idaho Senator, to question Secretary of State Tony Blinken at a subsequent hearing whether Biden really runs his administration.

“One of the things we need to get to the bottom to is who is responsible for this?” Risch asked. “Who made the decisions?”

“Who’s really in charge?”

“[Biden] can’t even speak without someone in the White House censoring it or signing off on it,” the GOP senator continued, adding, “This is a puppeteer act, if you would, and we need to know who’s in charge and who is making the decisions.”

“Ultimately, the president makes the decisions,” Blinken said in response. “As in every case, ultimately decisions that can only be decided by the president are decided by the president.”

Risch wasn’t convinced and responded by saying that “Someone in the White House has the authority to push the button and stop the president, cut off his speaking ability and sound.” Who is that person?

Blinken replied, “There is no such person.” He continued to laugh and insist that Biden speaks clearly and deliberately for himself. Nobody else does.
