First Lady Jill Biden didn’t bother to mask up while reading to children forced to wear masks or sit apart from one another.
This week, the White House hosted a holiday celebration where Jill Biden read to children in schools. She was not wearing a mask, so the children had to wear masks and sit apart.
Her unmasked appearance was in direct violation of her advice Monday morning. He promised “no new lockdowns” during the Omicron variant, if everyone wore a mask and got vaccinated against coronavirus. (It’s also not the first time President Joe Biden has been seen out and about maskless.)
CNN highlighted the importance of wearing a mask earlier this year when it published a piece on an “unvaccinated and unmasked” elementary teacher who infected more than half her class in California last May.

The White House chaperone who was assigned to herd children instructed the masked youngsters to find a socially distanced star on the carpet to sit at.
The children sat silently for 20 minutes, waiting for Jill Biden. They were entertained by only PBS mascots. The Kratt Brothers, of “Zoboomafoo”, wore their masks when they warmed up the First Lady.
But unlike the Kratt Brothers, Jill Biden was unmasked when reading. Her husband confused viewers Tuesday with his arbitrary display of wearing a mask and taking it off again in a selective mask-wearing maneuver that’s been criticized.

Jill Biden chose a book that she had written herself as her choice of reading material. It’s called Don’t Forget, God bless Our Troops. It depicts Beau Biden and his children waiting for the return of their father while he was overseas. She discussed military families with schoolchildren.
Tuesday’s media coverage was not limited to the maskless presentation of the First Lady. The Associated Press found it FALSE when a child shouted obscenities at Jill Biden while she was reading.
Jill Biden was also observed bringing in White House Christmas tree last week.
