One of the biggest and most painful problems the American population is now facing is the cost of gas. To avoid becoming bankrupt, people are cutting back on their driving time.
While this is going on, the majority of the nation is struggling to make ends meet each month simply to pay their rent and live.
I prefer high gas prices = less driving, less CO2," Senior State Department Foreign Service Officer Alan Eyre tweeted on Friday in response to a tweet from President Biden claiming American families are paying less per month on average than they were during "peak prices." WTF?

When it comes to petrol costs, Biden still lags behind and is asleep at the wheel. In the end, he and his government are more dedicated to implementing climate change legislation than they are to responding to the situation and assisting in reducing energy costs.
One State Department employee is already facing criticism for tweeting that higher petrol prices are really desirable in his opinion.

Senior foreign service officer for the country’s State Department, Alan Eyre. In the meanwhile, his tweet that defends high gas prices by arguing that they are better for lowering CO2 and driving rates has not been warmly received.
Eyre was instantly the target of harsh criticism, which led him to remove both the offending message and his entire Twitter account. The State Department staffer came under fire for being a cruel ghoul and a total outcast from society.
Eyre sought to justify himself by claiming that the rise in renewable energy in the 1970s was a result of high gas costs before deleting his own Twitter account.
The State Department assistant was swiftly cautioned that encouraging a scenario that is leading to severe financial hardship for many Americans isn’t at all nice.
Polling shows that the majority of people still believe that our country is headed in the wrong direction, as it has for a while. The State Department has not yet made any public statements on Eyre’s most recent remarks.
