United Airlines Vax Mandate Plans Blocked by Federal Judge

A U.S. District Judge pronounced a major victory to freedom-loving Americans.

United Airline employees who are seeking an exemption from the vaccination mandate cannot be placed on leave by Mark Pittman, U.S. District Judge.

Nearly 2,000 United employees in the United States requested an exemption for religious or medical reasons.

The vaccine is being forced upon Americans, regardless of their reasons for hesitancy. They risk losing their jobs.

In the meantime, the mandate was effectively halted.

The North District of Texas was the venue for the ruling.

Although this is not the final decision in this case it is a first step in the right direction.

Many Americans fear losing their jobs if they are forced to take the drug via an injection in the arm.

“The court is not currently ruling on the merits of the parties’ arguments on these points,” Pittman ruled in his two-page order.

“Rather the court seeks simply to avoid the risk of irreparable harm to the parties and to maintain the status quo while the court holds an evidentiary hearing.”
