CNN has been searching for a new style since President Donald Trump left office. Now that ratings have dropped and big names such as Brian Stelter are struggling to draw in 700,000 viewers per hour, the network’s presenters are taking a defensive stance.
This was particularly true after Trump mocked their recent plummeting ratings.
The former president released a statement on Tuesday against CNN’s far-left personalities. He specifically targeted Jake Tapper and stated that it was a “wonderful thing” to watch anchors like him see their ratings plummet by 70%.
This is what we call freefalling.
Tapper is widely considered to be CNN’s most popular journalist – we use the term “journalist” loosely. He reacted against the president. He could not deny that the numbers were incorrect.
Tapper tweeted that Trump had “incited and incited a deadly rebellion” and that Trump attempted to “undo” American democracy.
This is not supported by any evidence. The former president was not convicted of the false charges against him by Democrats, namely that it incited an insurrection. He has also fought tirelessly for election integrity since the last presidential elections.
This is the opposite of the American democracy being undone.
He stated that if he had done the same thing, it might not have been so popular.

It doesn’t make sense to us.
CNN is also aware of this dramatic drop in viewers. They’re likely to be worried about it…even though Don Lemon claimed otherwise.
Lemon stated in April that he isn’t worried about the decline in viewers, because it “beats” the alternative, which would continue “lies, bigotry and hate.”
Yeah, right, Don.
CNN is missing Donald Trump, and everyone knows that.
