A new YouGov/Economist poll revealed that nearly a third of Americans aren’t sure whether they will take the COVID-19 vaccine despite President Joe Biden insisting that they are safe, and that everyone should be required to do so.
Even the most friendly polls indicate that President Joe Biden is not popular in a time of more crises.
The poll revealed that these same people don’t plan to get the vaccine. However, the federal government and local governments plan to create new discriminatory schemes to target people who are not willing to receive the vaccine.
The poll asked about the experience of being vaccinated. It also revealed that 1 in 5 people who received the shot had side effects. The poll also revealed that most Americans who are not vaccinated believe that nothing can be done by the government to get them vaccinated. They claimed that even an endorsement by former President Donald Trump, full FSA approval or even a pastor wouldn’t convince them to get the vaccine.
This is a frightening thought. Not because people should be forced into taking the vaccine but because those who refuse to take it are likely to make President Joe Biden more strict.
Soon, New York City will have more places adopting the same approach as New York City, which is to restrict access to indoor dining, businesses, gyms, entertainment venues, and other services to those who have not received the vaccine.
It comes as the Real Clear Politics average shows a significant shift in Biden’s approval ratings, with people telling pollsters more and more that they disapprove of the job the aging president is doing.
59% of Biden voters said they approve of his handling so far of COVID-19. 41% disagree.
That’s a lot of Democrats.
Biden’s approval rating stands at 47%, with 46% saying they don’t like the president. These numbers could be worse for President Biden due to the “Shy Trump effect”, where Trump supporters don’t respond to pollsters.
And we’re meant to believe this guy won the most votes than any other presidential candidate in history?
