A viral video purportedly showing a Russian Strela-10 tank deliberately and viciously smashing a vehicle on the streets of Kyiv, Ukraine’s capital, has generated fury throughout the world.

The tank is shown traveling down a four-lane road before making a quick bend towards an oncoming automobile in the video, which was immediately shared on Twitter and eventually went viral. The tank then rolls over the automobile, and a woman can be heard loudly screaming in terror and nervousness in the footage. Before backing up and turning around, the tank stayed on top of the car for several seconds. Near the end of the video, several gunshots can be heard.

The driver of the tank, which is utilized by both Russian and Ukrainian forces, is unknown. Pro-Russian saboteurs are thought to have stolen the tank and were later killed by Ukrainian military.
The tank driver’s actions, according to a witness, were deliberate.
The driver miraculously survived the horrific ordeal. People worked to extricate the elderly driver from his flattened automobile in another video shared on Twitter. The man appeared to be conscious and able to move, although it is unclear if he was hurt.
