WH Press Secretary Loses It Over Clarence Thomas Latest Comment

Clarence Thomas recently suggested that the court’s handling of problems like marriage should be reviewed in the aftermath of its overturning Roe, which sent Karine Jean-Pierre, Psaki’s replacement as Slow Joe’s spokesman, into a frenzy.

According to what he wrote,“The Due Process Clause at most guarantees a process. It does not, as the Court’s substantive due process cases suppose, forbid the government to infringe certain fundamental liberty interests at all, no matter what process is provided.”

“In future cases, we should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell. Because any substantive due process decision is demonstrably erroneous, we have a duty to correct the error established in those precedents.”

Lesbian Jean-Pierre wasn’t very thrilled with Thomas’ viewpoint or the notion that a conservative court may strike down homosexual marriage.

As a result, Jean-Pierre went crazy when talking to Nicolle Wallace on Deadline: White House.

Nicolle Wallace gave her opinion on what Thomas stated and the ramifications before she launched into her irate monologue, saying:

“Karine, Justice Thomas told us what he is going to look at next. He’s going to look at everything that falls under the protections that protected Roe for 50 years.”

Contraception, same-sex marriage, and partnerships of the same gender are all included. We may presume that they watch some of the network that supports it at home if Clarence Thomas did really utter the silent section out loud as Dahlia Lithwick said.

As usual, Jean-Pierre chose not to respond to the query. Instead, she lost her mind and began expressing her personal views on the matter, “So, let me just say this about what Thomas said, Clarence Thomas said today. What he wrote is absolutely chilling. If that were to happen, Nicolle, that would, for sure, for sure, change this country for decades, I mean, change it by generations.”

“And so this is why, again, we have to make sure that we do — in light of this decision today, we have to make sure that we have our voices heard, that we take this to the ballot box, and make sure that we have congressional members who are going to fight and protect — protect the rights that have now been taken away because of this extreme ruling that we saw today.”

“As for us, your question, Nicolle, about the courts, the president’s been very clear. He is not for expanding the courts. He — this is an incredibly dangerous ruling that we heard. He does not agree with it at all, clearly. And we feel that this is, again, an extreme ruling, but we have to act. This is a time to take action.”
