Dem Turns on Biden Following News of His Selling Oil

Democratic Representative Ro Khanna of California slammed President Joe Biden for selling oil from the United States’ strategic reserve—oil that was only intended to be utilized in times of need, such, say, a war with China—to the Red Chinese.

President Biden is charged with selling Sinopec, a CCP energy firm connected to Hunter Biden, national reserve oil.

The Energy Department said that the Biden administration’s sale of almost one million barrels from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to a Chinese state-controlled gas firm that is still buying Russian oil would support American consumers and counter Putin’s price increase.

The sale of 950,000 barrels of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to Unipec, the trading division of the China Petrochemical Corporation, was announced by Biden’s Energy Department in April. Sinopec is a frequent name for the business, which is entirely controlled by the Chinese government.

Hunter Biden’s private equity business, BHR Partners, acquired a $1.7 billion interest in Sinopec seven years ago. This is another connection between Hunter Biden and Sinopec.

Rep. Khanna disagreed, despite the fact that Biden may have thought that was a fantastic idea for whatever reason. He slammed Biden for allowing millions of barrels of oil to be shipped to anyone and for selling the oil to Red China.

Khanna continued by criticizing Biden for shipping oil to an adversary country, saying that while there could be an exemption when dealing with our NATO friends, typically we shouldn’t be doing it, especially at this time when prices are so high.

A longer-term alternative was also put out by Khanna: stockpiling oil during price drops to add to the nation’s reserve, then reselling it as needed in the future.
