Biden’s Already Abysmal Job Approval Rating Sinks To New Low

President Joe Biden has been performing poorly in Gallup’s job approval surveys for a while, but he has now reached a new low of only 38%.

Only 38% of American people, as surveyed from July 5 to 26, approve of the president’s performance in his position, while a staggering 59% disapprove. While 45 percent strongly dislike and 14 percent moderately disapprove, 13 percent strongly approve, 25 percent moderately approve, and 45 percent strongly disapprove.

Only 78% of Democrats and 31% of independents think Biden is doing a good job in his position. Democrats are divided into the following percentages: 30% strongly approve, 50% somewhat approve, 13% somewhat disapprove, and 6% strongly disapprove. The percentages of independents who highly approve are 9 percent, somewhat approve 22 percent, disapprove 20 percent, and severely disapprove 43 percent.

Biden has stated that he intends to compete for re-election as long as he is healthy, but if public opinion does not change in his favor moving ahead, he may face a challenging primary.

According to a CNN survey, just 25% of “Democrats/Democratic-leaning independents who are registered to vote” think that the Democratic Party should choose Biden as its presidential contender for 2024, while 75% think that the party should choose someone else.

Rep. Dean Phillips of Minnesota, a Democrat, has stated that he does not want Vice President Joe Biden to seek for reelection in 2024.

By the conclusion of a second term, Biden—who is currently the oldest president in American history—would be 86 years old.
