Families Flee Woke City as Homeless Take Over the Suburbs

Radical policies and agendas to defund the police are to blame for the increase in homelessness and crime in woke, left-leaning cities.

There has been an increase in “For Sale” signs in states like California and New York as individuals migrate to Republican states in search of a better quality of life.

However, one city in particular is expelling families more quickly than the others because of its severe homelessness problem.

The tens of thousands of homeless camps that line the streets or the sidewalks covered in discarded needles may be to blame for the flight. What was once a beautiful city with so much potential has become a dangerous, liberal refuge for criminals with a significant drug and homelessness issue.

Portland’s mayor’s administration claims that there are about 6,000 homeless individuals living there, but locals think the actual figure is much higher.

According to real estate agent Lauren Laquinta, the homeless are forcing families to leave their houses.

The most upsetting aspect of it all, according to Laquinta, is that homeless encampments are spreading to the suburbs, making locals unsure about whether they can even go outside in the dark in their own yards.

According to her, “I would say the migration to the suburbs, I’ve seen quite a bit in the last two years most people don’t want to have to worry about if they can leave their car parked in their driveway overnight without maybe having it broken into. It’s a pretty testy subject.”
