Mike Lindell, the CEO of MyPillow, is putting Nancy Pelosi on the defensive. Pelosi and other members of the Jan. 6 panel have been sued by Lindell.
Left-wing Democrats and a few anti-Trump Republicans are attempting to obtain Lindell’s personal phone records as part of their witch hunt against the president.
The phone records were subpoenaed by the committee.
Lindell retaliated by filing a lawsuit against the committee, Pelosi, and Verizon to prevent the carrier from disclosing the information.
“I wasn’t there on January 6th and yes they did subpoena my phone records,” he stated, “but we filed a complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief against the January 6th committee and Verizon to completely invalidate this corrupt subpoena.”
The lawsuit was brought in the United States. Lindell’s activities disputing the outcomes of the November 2020 election were driven, in part, by his deeply held religious beliefs, according to the District Court for Minnesota.
Top Democrats, such as Pelosi, have continued to promote the false story that the events of January 6, 2021 were part of a coordinated effort by Trump to overturn the result of the election.
