Biden Admin Scrambling Over Reports Of US Trucker Convoy Starting

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is monitoring reports of a prospective convoy among various Canadian truck rallies against COVID mandates in order to get ahead of a planned demonstration in America.

The department said that they have not received any specific calls for violence in the United States in connection with the conveyance. They also mentioned that they are working closely with federal, state and local partners to regularly analyze the threat in the environment and keep the citizens safe.

According to a source, the CDC is advising law enforcement and public safety officials in the United States that a trucker convoy protesting COVID-19 vaccine regulations, similar to those taking place in Canada, could begin on February 13, the same day as Super Bowl LVI in Los Angeles.

According to top law enforcement sources and papers obtained by the outlet, the convoy may drastically disrupt transportation, federal government, and law enforcement activities as truckers make their way across the United States due to bottlenecks and probable counter-protests.

According to a US official, the Department of Homeland Security has been working with law enforcement partners for more than a year to provide 500 people from throughout the department to bolster security measures during the Super Bowl.

The announcement of a possible American protest comes on the 13th day of the Freedom Convoy rallies in Ottawa, where truck drivers are calling for an end to the government’s cross-border trucker vaccine mandate. The protests have been called off by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
